How we got
to where we are.

JustRent was founded in 2015 by Sascha van de Bilt with one clear intention: to bring honesty and fair pricing back to the rental management industry on the Costa del Sol. What followed was nine years of consistent, results-driven growth that made JustRent the leading rental agency in the Marbella area.

Nine years is a long time in this industry. Long enough to have managed properties through market shifts, seasonal extremes, and the full range of situations that come with hosting thousands of guests. That experience lives in the team, the systems, and the decisions made on behalf of every owner.

van de Bilt.

Sascha founded JustRent in 2015 with a clear conviction: that the rental management industry on the Costa del Sol could be run with significantly more honesty than it was. Nine years later, that conviction has not shifted. It has only been reinforced by what works and what does not.

The expertise he has built since 2015 covers every aspect of the business. Pricing strategy, owner relations, guest experience, property maintenance, channel management. Each of those areas has been refined over nine years of hands-on operation, not read about in a manual.

JustRent Estepona is the product of that expertise applied with focus. A smaller portfolio than Marbella, deliberately. Because doing fewer things exceptionally well is the only model Sascha has ever built.
