Booking conditions
The following general conditions apply to bookings made through JustRent Estepona, either directly or through our booking partners. By making a booking you accept these conditions in full.
Reservations and payment
- Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of the agreed deposit or full payment.
- Payment terms and accepted methods are specified at the time of booking.
- Prices are quoted in EUR and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation conditions vary by property and booking channel. The applicable policy for your booking is shown at the time of reservation and in your booking confirmation.
Check-in and check-out
- Standard check-in is from 16:00 and check-out by 11:00 unless otherwise agreed.
- A security deposit may be required prior to arrival.
- Guests are required to provide valid identification at check-in.
Guest responsibilities
Guests are expected to treat the property with care, comply with house rules and local regulations, and report any damages promptly. The booking party is responsible for the conduct of all guests.
Liability
JustRent Estepona is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to belongings during the stay, except where caused by our proven negligence.
